Our drop-in advice service is a free service and demand for this service is consistently high. While no appointment is necessary, please arrive at least one hour before the service closes to ensure that an adviser is available to attend to you before the service closes.
To enable us to better assist you, please have the following information and documents with you when attending our drop-in service:
> name of your landlord and/or real estate agency
> relevant documents, these include:
- your tenancy agreement
- any notices that you have received such as Notice to Vacate
- letters to/from your landlord or real estate agent
